Hostile Work Environment- How to Handle An Irate Co Worker

When I was working there were times a co worker would be having a bad day and take it out on who ever they thought they could. This is something I can't tolerate. Instead of a retort or getting defensive, I found the best thing to do was go to whoever was above that person and have a three way conversation to see what was really going on.

Never, never let a co worker get to you. Always go to whover you must and have a three way conversation with an impartial person who can help iron it out.
