My Boss is a Pothead; Bad Boss

My boss smokes weed on an almost daily basis. Actually, most of the people in the office where I work prefer that he smokes weeds and then comes to work, because when he is sober he is an even worse boss.

He is supposed to always be out in the field meeting with clients, which he does, but he insists on calling the office at least fifteen times to check in or ask stupid questions.

Sometimes he calls and then forgets why he calls when he is high. He basically is the worst kind of micromanager and the turnover at my work is ridiculous, most people quit after two days.

I am only there because I needed a money source for three weeks, and I have every intention of quitting the second my last paycheck reaches my hands.

Once, he was so high he forgot to pick up our paychecks on payday because he was so high. He also forgets to meet with clients, and the business is crumbling around him.
